The ingredients needed to make Mac & cheese:
  1. Take 1 pound elbow noodles
  2. Get 0.5 cup salted butter
  3. Get 0.5 cup all-purpose flour

  1. This is a regular white sauce but with cheddar cheese and a few more ingredients, first mix in a pot, the flour, butter, pepper and ground mustard. mix them until the the flour is good, put the milk then mix until thickened put the cheddar cheese and the salt.
  2. Put the boiled macaroni in and mix all together……. Enjoy.
  3. Remark: mozzarella can be added with the cheddar cheese.
