- Collect all the ingredients
- Break and boil spaghetti adding 1 tsp oil and salt for 15 to 20 minutes
- Strain and pour cold water so it should not stick together
- To make white sauce in a pan add butter and maida roast it for 2/3 minutes add milk stir continuously add sugar black pepper salt and mix fast so there shouldn't be any lump this will give thick like mashed potatoes consistency switch off the flame add grated cheese and meggi mazic masala origano red chilli flakes
- Add coriander leaves add spaghetti mix well with your fingers
- Make slurrry with maida and water
- Keep oil to hot in a pan for deep frying
- Take small portion of mixture make balls dip into slurrry coat with bread crumbs and deep fry it fry in batches
- Take out on paper napkin serve hot with any dip or tomato puree
