Instructions to make Mac and cheese:
- Boil pasta by adding little salt and oil in the water… Stir continously so that it doesnt stick at bottom on medium high flame
- Now in a sauce pan add 2 tbsp of butter and maida and saute maida well… Once it turns aromatic add milk gradually and stir so tht there remains no lumps
- Once the sauce is cooked add little more milk and adjust the consistency. Add the grated cheese and pepper powder at this stage. Mix well.. Add herbs and give a nice stir
- Now add cooked pasta to it and mix gently everythng well.. Your delicious dish is ready to serve
- Serve hot with cheese grating on the top
