  18. Make ready 3/4 tsp Black pepper
  19. Make ready 1 tsp Tomato ketchup
  20. Take 1 tsp Red chilli sauce
  21. Prepare 1 Tomato
  22. Make ready 1/2 Lemon
  23. Take 2 tsp Coriander
  24. Prepare 1/2 tsp Garam masala

I think I messed up the javithri proportion. I read one strand as one flower and the. Swelling of the elbow is mainly due to inflammatory processes. Excessive fluid collects in the tissue spaces and any cavities in the elbow and causes soft swelling of the area.

Steps to make Elbow pulav:
  1. In pressure cooker add oil allow it to hot then add cumin seeds then add chopped onion, crushed garlic, ginger and green chili.
  2. Then add chopped capsicum, corn, carrot and peas. Mix it well. Then add soaked basmati rice and washed macaroni
  3. Then add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, black pepper, Amchur and salt, then add red chilli sauce and tomato ketchup, Mix it well.
  4. Then add chopped tomato and required water.
  5. Add chopped coriander leaves and squeeze half Lemon. Then add garam masala and mix it well
  6. Close the lid and cook it for 4 whistle on medium flame. Cool down it completely.
  7. Ready to serve garnish it with coriander leaves and cheese.
