- First Boiled the Macaroni with salt and oil in water. After Boiling, rinse with fresh water and set aside.
- Take a wok and oil and Chopped garlic then add vegetables in it. Sautay for 2 Minutes then add chopped mushrooms,vinegar and soya sauce in it.
- Now add sliced seekh Kababs, Chilli garlic sauce and tomato ketchup with black pepper.
- Add corn flour in water mix and add in ketchup mixture stir at high flame.
- After thicken add Boiled Macaroni and mix well. Saucy tasty Macaroni is ready to serve.
