  1. Prep(finely chop the herbs: break up the Mince: chop scallions and Mushroom: make garlic butter(garlic powder+butter). Note: save 1/4 of the herbs for the tomato sauce
  2. Add Seasoning-Chilli Powder+Smoked Paprika-Garlic Powder
  3. Add the Herbs-Onion-Couscous. Mix completely. Mould it balls and Stuff with cheese. Pre-heat oven @200’C for 5-10mins
  4. Fry up Tomato Purée+Pesto with garlic powder+the herbs. Fry the meatballs(seal) too and bottom. Add leftover cheese and the sauce and place on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Place in the middle rack and oven cook for 20mins @ 200’C
