- Take 1 kg Cabbage
- Take 4 Potatoes
- Take 3 Tomatoes

- Take 2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Make ready 2 tsp Coriander powder
- Prepare 2 tsp Cumin powder
- Make ready 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- Prepare as needed oil for cooking
Instructions to make Patta Gobhi ki Sabzi:
- Firstly cut both Cabbage and Potatoes.Wash them and keep it aside.
- Now, in a deep bottomed Wok, add 4tbsp of oil, in it add 2tsp of methi seeds.Saute it for 30 sec.Now in it add cubed shaped potatoes.Mix them.together and cook it in high flame for about 5 mins.
- Now at this point add all the cabbage and 3-4 large tomatoes.Cover it for 1 mins until.cabbage soft and stir it gently.
- After that add all the dry spices.Mix them well. Now break the tomatoes and make a thick puree of it in a pan.And mix them all. - Cook it for 15 mins in medium flame until it cook well and oil get separated from the sabzi.
- Patta Gobhi ki sabzi is ready to eat to roti or chawal as per your wish.
