- Take 2 cup roasted coarse semolina
- Get 1 cup ground sugar

- Take 3/4 cup pure ghee
- Prepare 2 cup khoya
- Make ready 1 cup liquid milk

- Prepare 3 tbsn beet root juice
Steps to make Pataka Sweet:
- In a pan take two cup of semolina and dry roast for 10 mins
- Now add pure ghee and add the liquid milk and milk made on sim gas till it releases a nice aroma and the colour changes to slightly brown.
- Now add the beet root juice, roasted coarsely ground dryfruits and khoya
- Now let the mixture cool completely..Now add the ground sugar and mix it well…Add cardamom powder too.
- Now start rolling it into small balls to shape form pataka and garnish with colourful ribon.Ready pataka sweet…..
