  2. Take Pinch baking soda
  3. Make ready As needed Oil for frying

Steps to make Chana Pataka:
  1. Wash and soak the gram with baking soda for 8-10 hrs or overnight. Drain the water. Spread the gram on the kitchen towel and samp it. It should not be totally dried.
  2. Add oil in the pan on low flame. One the oil get hot add gram. Fry it till it get crisp and become light. Automatically it float
  3. Take out on Kitchen towel. When access oil absorbs take it in a bowl. Get masala ready.
  4. Put masala on fried chana. Mix it. Chana pataka is Ready.
