- Make ready 20-22 Spinach leaves fresh and medium size leaves
- Take 150 gms Gram flour– (Besan)
- Take 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli powder–
- Take 1/4 Tsp Garam masala powder–
- Take 1 Tsp Chaat masala–
- Make ready 1/2 Tsp Ajwain– (carom seeds)
- Get 1/4 Tsp Turmeric–

- Make ready As needed Oil–for frying
Instructions to make Palak Patta Pakora:
- Wash and dry the spinach leaves.
- In a wide pan make a thick batter by mixing besan, turmeric, ajwain, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and 1/2 tsp chat masala powder and some water.
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Dip each spinach leaf in batter to coat it evenly. Drop the leaf gently in the oil and fry it on a medium heat till the pakoras are crisp.
- Remove and drain on tissue paper.
- Sprinkle chat masala on palak pakoras and serve them hot with tomato sauce along with a cup of hot masala chai.
