- Firstly take curd in a bowl and add salt and sugar in it and mix it well.
- Strain the curd properly so that there should be no lumps in it.
- Take another bowl and put potatoes in it and add onion, green chilli, all dry spices, green coriander and pomegranate seeds, lemon juice in it.
- Now make a hole in the patasi and put the mixture in it.
- Now put curd on the patasi.
- Put tamarind chutney and sprinkle red chilli powder, jeera powder and chaat masala on the curd.
- Now put some curd on it and garnish with coriander leaves and namkeen.
- Your patasi chaat is ready to serve.
