Steps to make Bread Palak Patara:
  1. Wash the palak leaves and dry using a kitchen towel.
  2. Take one Bowl add besan, ginger garlic chilli paste, ajwin, hing, sugar, haldi powder, lemon. Juice, red chilli powder, chaat masala, dhaniya powder, jeera powder and salt. Mix it.
  3. Now add water make thick paste of besan.
  4. Take white bread and remove all the edges. Roll it down using rolling pin on flat surface. Place a palak leaf, apply little besan mixture and spread it using your fingers to make an even layer.
  5. Now gently roll bread slices together to make roll. Roll it up tightly.
  6. Now in leftover besan mixture add little water and make thin basan batter. Deep bread Palak roll this besan batter.
  7. Place butter paper in stemar and steam it for 10 Minute on medium flame.
  8. Cool it and cut it in 1/2 inch slice.
  9. Serve it with tomato sauce and green chutney.
