- Heat a pan and put oil into it and add cumin seed..
- Add tej patta, clove, badi Elaichi, black pepper and roast till aromat..
- Then add garlic, ginger, onion fry it for sometime..
- Then add chopped tomatoes and green chilli and saute for 2 minute.. add all dry spices except garam masala and roast it properly..
- Then add boiled chhole and mix it in masala also add salt to taste and fry for 2 more minute..
- Then add garam masala and chopped coriander and mix it again..
- Serve it hot and enjoy..
