Instructions to make Avadhi Cauliflower Bolognese:
- Chopped flower in blender little coarse. In pan take oil on medium flame and give tadaka with Cumin seeds.
- Add capsicum and chilli, roast it well. Add flower and ginger paste. Add tomato purée and cover with lid for 2 mins.
- Once flower is completely cook and changes in colour, add cashew powder and milk along with pepper and oregano.
- Add boiled Pasta and salt in it. Cover with lid for 1 min.
- Sprinkle some cheese and coriander and off the flame.
- Bolognese is ready to serve. You can take it with sauces and dressings. Thanks.
