- Wash and soak rice then heat oil add onions slice sauté for 5 minutes to gives light brown colour then add 1 little piece of ginger,zeera and garam masala fry it for 1 minutes and add patato,stir it well than add 1/2 cup of water, cover it for 15 minutes until peas are half done.
- Now check the patato if it is half done than add 2 cups of water according to yr rice and boiled it than add rice and coom it well, when water is vanish then dam it for 10 minutes.
- Patato rice will be ready to serve with raita and salad, enjoy it.
