- In a frying pan add oil for frying and heat the oil on medium heat. Fry the falafel until golden brown. Place a kitchen towel on a plate and place the fried falafel on it to remove excess oil. Sprinkle little bit of salt and chilli flakes while hot. Serve with mayonnaise and salad.
