  2. In a mixing bowl, beat Egg and Sugar. Add a few drops Vanilla Extract, Flour and Oil (OR melted Butter) and mix well. Pour the mixture into the prepared container.
  3. Cover with a microwave-safe lid or plate, microwave at medium power (500 to 600W) until cooked. My microwave is 1100W and cooked at 50% power for 90 seconds.
  4. *Note: I sprinkled with some Powdered Sugar for the above photo.
