  3. Crumble feta cheese into bowl. If doing by hand like me crumble using finger tips as fine as possible. Alternatively use a blender.
  4. Mix cream cheese and single cream with crumbly feta.
  5. Heat large frying pan with a dash of olive oil. Cook raw prawns until pink. Drain broccoli and add to frying pan of prawns. Add feta cheese sauce. Mix together.
  6. Drain pasta and add to broccoli and prawns in frying pan. Mix well so pasta coated in feta cheese sauce.
  7. Serve and add a squirt of lemon juice and season as desired.
