  3. Take 2 tsp curry powder
  4. Take 2 peppers (any colour), chopped

  6. Take 200 ml boiling water
  7. Make ready 200 ml couscous
  8. Get 150 g feta cheese, chopped

Remove the plate and fluff the couscous up with a fork. Add the lemon juice and olive oil and season well. Heat a griddle pan over a high heat or prepare your barbecue until medium hot. Mix the onions, courgettes, aubergine and peppers in a bowl and drizzle with the oil.
