- Take 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Make ready Frylight or vegetable/sunflower oil for frying,
Toss the feta, spring onions, tomatoes and herbs with the bulgur wheat, then sprinkle over the chorizo and serve. Instructions Saute the sausage, green pepper, onion, salt, and bulgur together until the meat is browned. Add tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, and green beans. Add the bulgur, stir it to absorb the fat and pour over the stock.

- Take a mixing bowl and add the cooked bulgur wheat. Season with salt and pepper and add the mint and 1/2 tbsp of the olive oil. Stir it through.
