- Take 1 &1/2 cup warm water
- Make ready 1 tbsp salt

Instructions to make Pretzels:
- Take 1&1/2 cup of warm water add 1tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of sugar into it and 1&1/2 tbsp if yeast.
- Mix it and leave it for 5 minutes.
- Add 4&1/2 cup of flour and 2tbsp of oil, mix it well such that a dough is formed.
- Airtight it and leave it for 2 hrs, it will double in size because of yeast.
- Make small balls out if the dough and elongate it like a rope
- Make a heart shape of a long straight flour rope and twist it and then joined it back, such that the pretzels shape is formed as 👉🏼🥨
- Take 1&1/2 cup of boiling water and add 1/4 cup if baking soda into it.
- Dip each pretzel into the baking soda mixture and put it on the oiled butter paper.
- Make a layer of egg over the pretzels.
- Preheat the oven at 200° for 30 minutes.
- Bake it in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 230°C.
- Delicious Pretzels are ready to eat now😋
