  10. Once the pastry is done, remove from the oven and place the spinach mixture inside making sure the ingredients are spread out.
  11. Place back in the oven and bake for about 20 mins until golden brown.

Keep it in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling. Steam the spinach above an inch of boiling water for. The filling shouldn't bet wet inside, if it is, bake for a little longer.
