- add oil & rice to pan with all seasonings, fry till rice turns a light golden color add in your bacon mix, corn & half your broth cover with lid simmer on med/low add seasonings & broth as needed till rice is cooked about 18-25 minutes depending on temperature. do not stir just poke.
