- Get 1 cup boiled & grated potato
- Get 1 small onion, chooped
- Get 1/4 fresh bread crumbs
- Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste & lemon juice
- Get 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- Take 1 tsp corinder powder
- Prepare as per taste Salt
- Make ready 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- Take 1 tsp chaat masalla
- Get Outside coating
- Make ready 2 tsp maida
- Get 3tbsp water
- Prepare 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Make ready as needed Toothpicks
Instructions to make Potato lollipops:
- In a bowl add potatoes, onion, green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat massala, lime juice, ginger garlic paste, maida, bread crumbs, salt & mix it well
- Take a small ball of mixture & roll them slightly.
- Make a maida slurry & ensure that it does not have lumbs
- Take a bread crumbs on a plate, dip the potato balls in the slurry & coat it with bread crumbs
- Then frozen potato balls for 15min before frying
- Heat oil in a vessel, add the potato balls & fry them on high flame
- Give the vessel a light stir & let it fry. Once they turn nice & golden brown take them out on a tissue paper.
- Before serving poke a toothpick & make it potato lollipops…… Our crispy potato lollipops aur ready to eat……. We can eat with tomato catch up…
