  14. Get 1/4 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
  15. Get 1/2 teaspoon Ajwain Seeds
  16. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  17. Make ready 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala
Steps to make Stuffed Bread lollipops:
  1. Let us prepare the stuffing first. Boil the potatoes and peel them. Be careful that potatoes are not over boiled otherwise they will turn mushy. Add all the masalas to the potatoes and mix them well. Now the stuffing is ready. - Paneer and other vegetables like carrots and - peas can also be added to the filling to make it - more nutritious.
  2. Trim the edges of the all bread slices. (Tip: You can use any bread of your choice, but the bread should be fresh and soft) Flatten all the trimmed bread slices as shown in the picture Spread tomato ketchup on one side of the flatten bread slice.
  3. Apply the mashed potato filling nicely on the slice. Apply a thin layer and do not over stuff. - Roll the bread slice slowly and carefully making it into a roll. Roll another flattened plain bread slice to give it a - smooth texture.
  4. Use water to paste the edges of the slice. Cut the roll into 4 small pieces. Put a toothpick into each of the small pieces and to give it a look like lollipop.
  5. Let us now make the batter: Take 3/4th cup of gram flour in a bowl, add all the masalas as given in the ingredient list above. (Tip: Do not - add extra salt in the batter as we have already added salt in the stuffing) Mix all the ingredients with the help of a spoon, add water in small quantities so that no lumps are formed and keep it in medium consistency as shown in the picture.
  6. Final step: Dip all the lollipops with the help of the toothpick in the batter. Wrap the lollipops coated with the batter with Bikaneri Bhujia or Aloo Bhujia. Preheat your Air Fryer at 180° Celsius for 3 minutes.After the fryer is pre heated, grease the pan with a little oil and place all the lollipops gently.
  7. Air-fry them at 180° Celsius for 15 - minutes. (Note: Time of cooking may - vary by 5 to 7 mins from one Air Fryer - to another. Keep checking the lollipops in - between after every 5 minutes. You can also brush little oil on them at the time of checking. You can also prepare this recipe using convection mode in Microwave Oven. Pre Heat Microwave at 180° Celsius and cook the lollipops for 15 mins in Convention Mode.
  8. Serve the tasty crunchy low-fat lollipops with coriander chutney or tomato ketchup and eat guilt free snack!!!
