Instructions to make Sweet potato burfi:
  1. Boil and mash the sweet potato. Heat the ghee in a non stick pan. Add the sweet potato and cook for about 20mins on medium flame.
  2. Once the mixture comes together add the sugar and cardomons powder. Cook till all the sugar combines well and comes together. Dish out in a square tin. Garnish with decicated coconut. Let it cool for abt 3-4 hours. And then cut into desired peices.
