- Get 1 bunch spinach leave,100gm Cream, black pepper powder 1/2tsp,
- Make ready Butter 2tsp, onions finely chopped 2-3tsp, bay leaf 1
- Take 2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup milk, Salt to taste
Instructions to make Spinach soup:
- Firstly, in a large kadai, add butter and tej leaf saute till it turns aromatic.add finely chopped onions and garlic. saute till they turn golden brown.add palak leaves. make sure to cut the stem and clean before you use saute on medium flame for a minute till they shrink in size. - allow to cool completely and remove bay leaf
- Transfer the mixture to blender and blend to smooth puree adding water as required - Now further transfer the blended puree to the same kadai add half cup of milk add salt give it a good mix, whan the pour boil add crushed black pepper
- Check the consistency, then pour the soup serving bowl add top wish fresh cream now enjoy the hot palak soup with family or frnds it's soo yummy (my 2 years old girl favorite palak soup😍😍)
