- When it’s good to touch knead to make a smooth dough. Grease your hands if it’s sticking.
- Take sesame seeds in a plate. - - Now pinch lemon size dough and roll it like cigars. Roll these cigars over the sesame seeds so that they stick on it.
- Heat oil in pan and place these cigars to shallow fry. - - Keep turning cigars so that they get cooked all over.
- Take out when done and enjoy with green chutney.
