- In a mixer, add zeera, sabut dhania, raidana, sabut lal mirch.
- Add namak, lal mirch powder, haldee powder, garam masla powder.
- Also add baisan & chawal ka atta in mixer and grind well to make powder.
- In a bowl add vinegar, salt & water, mix well.
- Add fish and rest it for 30 minutes.
- Mix fried fish spice all over the fish and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat cooking oil, & fry fish on low medium flame from both sides until golden brown.
- Sprinkle Chaat Masala & serve fish 🐠🐟.
