  3. Add namak, lal mirch powder, haldee powder, garam masla powder.
  4. Also add baisan & chawal ka atta in mixer and grind well to make powder.
  5. In a bowl add vinegar, salt & water, mix well.
  6. Add fish and rest it for 30 minutes.
  7. Mix fried fish spice all over the fish and marinate for 30 minutes.
  8. Heat cooking oil, & fry fish on low medium flame from both sides until golden brown.
  9. Sprinkle Chaat Masala & serve fish 🐠🐟.
