- Make ready I 250 gm. Mutton (6 pieces)
- Get 2 tb sp pure ghee
- Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

- Prepare 1/2 tsp mutton masala
- Make ready 1/4 tsp coriander seeds powder
- Make ready As required water
- Get 2 tb sp chopped coriander leaves
Steps to make Dry Mutton:
- Wash and peel all vegetables.
- Roughly chop and grind to a fine paste.
- Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grated paste ad saute for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Now add all dry masala except garam masala and mix. Saute till oil leave the side of cooker. Now add washed mutton and roast it on low flame till it turn it is coated well with masala. masala
- Roast it on low flame till it is roasted well. Then add 1 glass water and+ place the lid. Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically.
- Serve hot with chapatti.
