  5. Now mix well and start kneading the dough. If require add water.
  6. Knead a firm and semi soft dough. Grease hands with little ghee and knead the dough again.
  7. Cover it and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  8. Start making paratha. Take a tawa.Place it on gas fire.Keep the heat low.
  9. Take some portion from the dough to make paratha. Roll it round in shape,thickness can be kept as per your choice.
  10. Place the paratha on tawa.Roast the paratha both the sides applying ghee as needed.Cook till golden brown and cooked well.
  11. Similarly make rest of the paratha.
