  2. Get 1 cup Boiled Chana daal

Steps to make Daal Biryani:
  1. In a pan, fry onions until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 min.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and dahi and cook until tomotoes turn mushy.
  4. Add boiled daal along with biryani masala, dhania powder, haldi, namak, LAL mirch and garam masala. - Cover and cook for 10 min on low flame.
  5. In a separate pan, grease it with oil and spread cooked rice and then spread daal mixture
  6. Repeat the layers of which last layer to be of rice. - Add chopped coriander leaves, Pudina leaves and fried onions. - Seal the pan with the help of atta and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
