  3. In small pan saute some sliced onions till golden brown. In another pan add desi ghee add marinated veggies to it.cook till soft.now in pan add layers of rice and veggies.cook for ten minutes.Biryani is ready.
  4. Serve hot with cool curd raita. Spread brown onion on biryani.
