- Prepare 2/3 cup Wheat flour
- Get 2/3 cup Menda
- Get 2 spoon oil

- Prepare 1/2 cup green peas
- Get 1/4 cup boiled Beas

- Take Salt as per taste
- Make ready 1-2 no paste of green chillies

- Prepare 1/4 spoon asafoetida
- Prepare 1/8 spoon turmeric
- Get 2 spoon home made garam masala (can use Biryani masala)
- Take 1 spoon pavbhaji masala
- Get 2-3 spoon kismis
- Get 10-12 nos of cashew
- Prepare 2 table spoon oil
- Take 2 table spoon thick yogurt
Steps to make Potli Biryani:
- First of all mix of both flour with oil,salt and make mixture
- Put water into boil for boil. Once water is boiled add salt and 1 spoon of oil. After that add soak rice.
- After boiled the things switch off the gas stove and take the rice from stove.
- Put oil in the pan and add cumin, asafoetida. Then after add cloves, cinnamon, tamal Patra and add green chillies paste. After this put all vegetables and paneer, salt and mix properly with eachother.
- After 2 minutes of roasting put turmeric, garam masala, pavbhaji masala and mix properly. Now add yogurt in it and ready your Biryani.
- For making Potli mix properly mixture and divide into 2 parts. Now take small ball and make big chapati. Put oil in big kadai and put on gas stove. Put big chapati in kadai.
- Now put 2-3 piece of mint leaves and add cashew, kismis as per taste. Add 6-7 big spoon of Biryani in it, add again kismis and cashews on it. Than after make Potli from corners and close it. To close the potli take out extra mixture from side so it will not become thick.
- Now again put kadai on gas stove and do roast for become it hard (you can change the side after 10 minutes to become hard). After 10 minutes put another pan on kadai and reverse the pan so that potli side will be changed. Now change the side of potli in the pan and put on gas stove, put oil in side and leave it for 10 minutes to roast.
- Now potli Biryani is ready and i served with tomato soup.
