Instructions to make Dhoodh gonthia:
- Soak 1/2 cup of rice for 2 hrs. - Drain n dry it.
- Grind it to a fine powder. Sieve it.
- Now in a thick bottom pan take 1 cup of water.Bring it to boil. - Add ghee n sugar. Let it boil for a minute.
- Put rice flour n stir continuously to avoid lumps. - Cover it for 5 mins.
