- Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt and asefetida mix them and knead a normal dough with the help of water. Let it rest for 7-10 minutes..
- After 10 minutes take a round ball dough and flatten it with the help of rolling pin put a spoonful of cooked vegetable rice and fold it to make round again.. Use wheat flour to help it flatten again..
- Now put it in a hot tawa and cook it from both sides by applying oil/ ghee till crispy golden..
- Our vegetable rice paratha is ready to serve.. Enjoy hot with butter..
