- Take 2 1/2 cups Water
- Prepare 5-6 tbsp Vegetable Oil or Butter

- Take Pressure cooker add oil or butter and add whole garam masalas and sauté for 2-3 seconds till it’s aromatic
- Add sliced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes by adding pinch of salt (note kindly don’t brown the onions) fry till transparent
- Add ginger garlic paste and sauté till the raw smell gone
- Add turmeric powder and sauté for few seconds
- Add Garam Masala Powder, Red Chilli Powder and sauté for few seconds on low flame
- Now add Cluster Beans and sauté for 2-3 minutes
- Now add exactly 2 1/2 cups of water and add salt as per required check the salt
- Just bring whole mixture for first boil and add washed and soaked Sonamasoori rice and stir gently
- Now add split green chilies and hand full of chop coriander leaves
- Put the cooker lid on and let pressure cook for only 2-3 whistle compulsorily switch off the stove to 2-3 whistle or the rice will get mashed
- Serve hot with laccha onion salad or Raita
