- Add 1 cup maida, salt & oil.Add enough water and prepare a soft dough.Keep it aside.
- Take a kadai & heat oil.Add ginger garlic paste & saute it
- Now add onion & saute it till it is transculent.
- Now add salt, cabbage, carrot & shredded chicken & saute for 2 mins.Keep it to cool down.
- Once it is cooled,add mayonnaise, ketchup & mustard sauce & mix nicely.
- Now pinch a ball sized dough & flatten it.Dust flour if required & roll slightly thickens
- Place a small katori or steel glass & wrap the dough.Prick with a fork.
- Deep fry the katoris.
- Now fill the katoris with the chicken mixture.
- Garnish with coriander leaf or mint leaf.
- Take a kadai & heat oil.Add ginger garlic paste & saute it
- Now add onion & saute it till it is transculent.
- Now add salt, cabbage, carrot & shredded chicken & saute for 2 mins.Keep it to cool down.
