- In a pan add the palak, methi, water 3 cups wait for a boil and cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium flame. (once cooked keep aside with the remaining water). - - In a separate pan heat oil and add onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry till golden.
- Now add the cumin seeds, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, black pepper corn mix and then add the tomatoes on high flame. - - Then add salt, turmeric and salt mix and cook till the oil comes on the surface.
- Now add the chicken and fry it for 2 minutes in the masala on high flame till it changes colour. - - Add 1 glass of water cover and cook till the chicken is cooked on medium flame.
