- Let it dry for 2 hours with covering it.(as we see panipuriwale. Bhaiya prepare 800-100 puri in bulk and then they deep fry it- it takes around 1-2 hours,this is the reason their puris are crispy)
- Take little oil in deep kadhai and heat it - smoky hot
- When smoke comes out from oil put 3-4 puris at a time and continues stir it so it will puff out.once it turns brown take it out and same way fry all the puris.
- When all the puris cool down keep it into air tight container and enjoy it whenever you want to it panipuri.
- Enjoy it with potato masala and tikha meetha pani
