  3. Now prepare one thread chasni..add cardamom powder and saffron.Take some syrup in between your fingers If the thread or sugar string between your finger and thumb doesn’t break after pulling apart, single thread or 1 string sugar syrup is ready.
  4. Now make bundies with the help of bundi zara or kaddu kas in frying pan…each time clean the bottom side of jara. Otherwise bundies will not be in round shape.fry on full flame.
  5. Don't overcook bundies. Cook bundies 90%. Bundies should not be crispy. Add hot bundies in warm chasni. (chashni should not be hot). After frying all bundies heat a pan and boil bundies for 1-2 mints..add 2 tb spoon ghee.
  6. Stir well.. now off the gas flame and cover it. Put aside for 2-3 hrs. Now remove excess chasni with the help of strainer.
  7. When bundies are warm make laddus. Wet the palm and make round laddus.. garnish with almond and pistachio. Laddus are ready
