Instructions to make Kapuriya:
  1. Take all flour together. Add 2 tbsp oil in that. Add crushed green chillies too. Mix it properly.
  2. In a heavy bottom pan. Take 2 Bowl water. Take water according to flour. If flour is 2 Bowl take water 2 Bowl. Add baking soda in that. Add salt and turmeric powder. Colour might change due to baking soda. Don't worry. It will not change in final outcome.
  3. Add all mixed flour in that. Cover the pan and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. After that open the pan.
  4. Mix it properly and shift the mixture in another vessel. Take a water in another bowl. The mixture will be hot. Make a big size of ball from the mixture.
  5. Put all the balls in the steamer. Make a small hole in each ball. Steam it for 35-40 minutes on high flame. It's ready to serve. You can serve with pickle or gingelly oil.
