  2. Prepare 1/4 cup wheat flour

  2. After 10 min kneads the dough again. Now divide the (dough into 5 equal parts..now take 1 one part roll it with the help of a rolling pin. The puri should be thin..then with the help of a cookie cutter or any jar cap cut the puris.
  3. On the other take, a pan put the oil..let the oil should be very high…after the oil is hot. check the temperature by putting one drop of dough..then take 1 puri put on the hot oil..press it with the help of a spoon and then flip. Do the same like this with the other puris..at a one time minimum of 4-5 puris. After the puris, the flame should on medium. flame. Fry till it becomes crispy.
  4. Enjoy this delicious panipuri.
