  1. Prepare 500 gms coarse besan
  2. Prepare 275 gms desi ghee

  3. Once it cools add powder sugar and cardamom powder. In winter it will cool in half an hour. In summer it will take more time. Don’t add sugar when it’s hot.
  4. After mixing sugar take silicone chocolate mould, fill it with cooked besan barfi mixture.
  5. Keep in freezer for 15 minutes
  6. Remove from the freezer and take out. Store in airtight container
  7. Now your besan barfi is ready to go in your and your loved ones mouth

It has a good grainy texture (no sticking to the teeth or roof of your mouth). These are soft with melt-in-your-mouth feel. Adults, as well as kids, sure love this barfi.
