- Dono hands ki madad se muki lgaen dough ko ready karein or 15 minutes cover Kar ke rest dein
- Ab small perey banna Lein ager ap roti first time try Kar rahy to perey small banaen
- Ab belan se roti Aram Aram se Belen boht ziyda atta na lagen ziyda atta LGA Ker roti belne se hard ho jati hy
- Ab tawa garam karein or roti ko dalen ek taraf se ho Jaye to palat dein
- Ab roti ko dono taraf se senkhen tawa side karein or direct flame per sikhen gey to ap ki roti phul Jaye gi or soft BHI rahy ge
- Serving platter mein Nikal Kar serve karein mazedar se soft roti
To cook your soft roti simply place on the hot preheated pan (the pan should be hot). On the second side allow to cook for a little longer, pressing the sides with your fingers to ensure that it cooks. Making soft roti requires some patience. The trick is to make the gluten (a type of protein) in whole wheat flour make a matrix that will hold its structure and fill the air in dough.
