  3. Add 1 beaten egg, 4 tbsp bread crumbs and 1 1/2 tbsp cornflour for binding.
  4. Mix it all together till you get a consistent mix.
  5. Make patties of desired thickness and diameter. For deep frying (better tasting) thicker patties are better.
  6. Shallow/pan fry or deep fry as per your preference.
