- Heat the pan and saute the dal for 5 mins in slow fire. Then wash the dal. Boil the water put the mugh dal to boil. Wash the rice and keep a side. Make half boil of this dal. Then add rice into it.
- When the dal and rice is almost done keep a side. Heat another pan add ghee and panch foron to it. Next bay leaves and then add the boiled dal and rice. Add haldi powder and salt and black pepper.
- Add some green chillies. Last add some roasted Jeera to it. Next add peas and some ghee and little sugar.
- Now serve it.
