- Beat the egg whites until stiff. A tip to check if they are stiff is to turn the bowl upside down - the egg whites shouldn’t fall out
- Add the egg whites to the chocolate mixture a little bit at a time until all fully combined
- Put into a greased cake tin. Cook in the oven for 30-40 min
- I sometimes grate a bit of chocolate over the top to add some decoration, but you could decorate it however you like!
