- Melt ghee in a thick bottom kadhai….add fine semolina (if it is coarse variety grind it fine in mixer grinder)
- Roast on low flame till light pink keep flame low throughout this will take 15 to 20 minutes
- Then remove from heat set aside…..Add 1cup sugar and half cup water in a vessel keep mixing on low flame till sugar melts completely
- Once sugar melts mixture starts to boil make sure to keep flame low throughout Boil further for 3 to 5 minutes drop syrup on a plate check between index finger and thumb the syrup should be little sticky to touch

- Once syrup is ready remove from heat add roasted semolina mix well cover for atleast 40 to 50 minutes open and mix once in between
- Try binding ladoos after 40 to 50 minutes if ladoos are binding well mixture is ready if not keep the mixture for some more time
- Make ladoos by pressing mixture between palms a firm press so that they bind well decorate with nuts on top
- If ladoos are dry and bot binding sprinkle little milk and make ladoos
- Cool completely and store in airtight containers will last for about a month
