Alkaki is one of the most favored of current trending foods in the world. It’s simple, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. Alkaki is something which I’ve loved my entire life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have alkaki using 2 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Alkaki:
  1. Get 8 cups wheat washed and ground inyo coarse form
  2. Get 2 cups flour

  1. In a bowl,mix together wheat oil and water and knead the texture will be rough.Gather into a ball,cover and allow to rise over night
  2. In the morning,pour the mixture into a mortar and pound gradually sprinkling water untill the mixture is fully combined and can be rolled.
  3. On a greased surface,roll the mixture into strips and twist just like in the picture below.You can cut into shapes if you find it difficult to roll
  4. Line on a greased tray and allow to rise for an hour
  5. Heat oil and deep fry on both sides untill golden brown
  6. Coat your alkaki with sugar syrup while still hot
  7. Allow to drain and enjoy
